Elsair Sustainable would like to enter into partnerships with any local producer or supplier of starch and sugar based products. Current contracts include waste bread, waste biscuits, waste fruit and waste drinks high in sugar.
Elsair will offer a free collection services for this waste and provide any necessary bins and other equipment for storage on site until collected. Collection dates shall be in place to best suit the needs of our partners.
Elsair would maintain responsibility for all health and safety regulations related to this service and provide training to any staff member involved in the collection service. We would adhere to any legislation in place for waste collection and agree to any existing health and safety standard within our partner’s premises.
Certification can also be provided to confirm the waste product is being used in a renewable energy process.
